Feel the burn (Fight the wheeze. . .)

I feel great. Awful, but great. I did 40 minutes of pilates and then did a 20 minute jog (and even jogged almost the whole thing, haha.) I have to say, it's hard to get back into it and it's so hard to make myself go, but I'm always so grateful that I did. I feel SOO much better when I'm done. Here we go. Operation Get Back Into Shape has commenced. . .wish me luck.

Good luck! I'm starting next week. I mean, I've amended the eating habit, but I'm starting the exercise next week. Good thing I live across the street from the gym. Doug's Biggest Loser contest with Scot started yesterday. Hope that he wins, 'cause then Scot has to buy him a Disneyland annual pass!

Good Luck! What did you do with the kids? I want so badly to get outside and take Clark for walks, but between the cold weather (27 F) and work it's hard. I'll have to figure out a schedule when it gets warmer.
